  1. Pick your amount

    Most members land between $25 and $100 per closing. There is no minimum and no penalty for changing it later.

  2. Send the form

    Name, email, and the number you have in mind. The board follows up with the paperwork and adds you to the member list.

  3. Give at settlement

    Your amount comes off each closing. Nothing is collected in a month where nothing settles.

  4. Get your statement

    At the end of the year you receive one document listing every contribution, dated, for your return.

Nothing here is binding. You can change it whenever you want.
