KW Shares is a non-profit organization founded by real estate agents who believe in ongoing interaction with and support for the communities they serve. By and through its members, KW Shares’s purpose is to provide financial and physical resources to assist in meeting the needs of the community so that everyone enjoys a more rewarding and abundant quality of life. One hundred percent of KW Shares’ time will be allocated to this purpose. KW Shares will be funded by donations from its members and the public.

Agents in Harrisburg began pooling portions of commissions to provide meals and gifts for local families in need.
KW Shares became a 501(c)(3), allowing donations to remain agent-driven and fully transparent.
Over $2,500 in direct grants were issued—including support for agent families, Toys for Tots, and local nonprofits like I Am Able.
